We are committed to providing excellent service and addressing any consumer complaints promptly and professionally. Our grievance policy ensures that all concerns are handled effectively and respectfully to achieve a fair resolution.

Submitting a Complaint
Consumers who have a complaint may fill out our Contact Form or directly reach out via email or phone to initiate the process. Complaints will be routed to the appropriate department, and every effort will be made to respond within a few business days. If necessary, an “in-person” or virtual meeting may be offered to discuss the issue further.

Resolution Process
Every reasonable effort will be made to address and resolve the complaint to the consumer's satisfaction. If the complaint is forwarded by a State Department of Banking & Finance or a regulatory agency, it will be reviewed promptly, and a formal response will be provided to the department within a few weeks of receiving the complaint.

Credit Report Issues
If the complaint pertains to a credit report, consumers are encouraged to obtain their free annual credit report from www.annualcreditreport.com.

• If disputing credit report inquiries, consumers may contact the credit bureaus or the credit reporting agencies directly, such as Certified Credit, Avantus Credit, or Informative Credit, using the contact details provided in their credit report.
• Disputes may be submitted via email or phone to the agencies listed in the report.
